Synergy Composites has recently moved into a new advanced composite manufacturing facility that has allowed us to extend our manufacturing processes. We pride ourselves on being able to define our capabilities through variation management and manufacturing controls rather than traditional approaches. We have the ability to offer most capabilities in statistical format for a variety of key characteristics; these are commonly divided into materials, process, methods and features. Our opinion is that the component commonly does not affect the key characteristic being measured.

Synergy also has the ability to design components and assemblies along with any associated tooling. We can manufacture composite tooling in house or alternatively, we have several suppliers that can facilitate the manufacture of metal tooling.
