Synergy actively works in partnership with its customers to develop new manufacturing techniques and processes with the focus of reducing manufacturing cost and bringing advanced composite manufacturing to an affordable level.

Synergy has developed out of autoclave methods achieving physical cost reductions whilst not compromising on quality or performance. We are currently in discussions with a well known luxury car manufacturer with the intention of adding value to their already renowned standards. The focus again is to provide value by adding new techniques and processes, with a view of making advanced composites more affordable, whilst maintaining quality.

Synergy Composites has developed new techniques, along with its partners, that will remove the reliance on the laborious manual methods and expensive manufacturing processes. We are also developing advanced out of autoclave techniques, which will reduce the overall manufacturing time whilst mitigate the need for expensive autoclave processing.
