Synergy Composites are committed to developing and refining current manufacturing processes. Our main aim is to critically review what is currently the norm, restructure and develop new methods within the carbon fibre components manufacturing processes, such that carbon fibre composites become more affordable whilst ensuring structural integrity is maintained.Synergy has assisted several large multi national projects within the aerospace industry covering defence and civil aircraft component. We continuously review what is currently the known manufacturing processes and techniques, Synergy will develop and refine these processes to enable new capabilities and provide higher yield. Needless to say, Synergy have always been successful with their Aircraft component developments, providing new techniques within the cleanroom environment and more importantly, assisting the development of key characteristics within the trimmed process, ensuring quality is continuously met at all stages.
Synergy has also been at the forefront of carbon fibre composites developments within the new production line major unit assembly philosophy. They have also played leading roles in geometrical and dimensional tolerancing within CATIA whilst developing new manufacturing systems, both internally and externally. As a result, we have developed supplier producability targets.
Other developments include new out of autoclave activities, such as high pressure resin transfer moulding, the introduction of several new critical analysis tools which ensure internal and external quality and previously unknown carbon composite machining techniques to name but a few.
