Synergy Composites Ltd was founded in 2007 by its current directors, who were frustrated at the lack of advancements within the composite manufacturing industry. Previously , they have consulted for large multinational organisations and believe that the advancements in composite manufacturing techniques were not being successfully developed or deployed.
We believe that composite manufacture is at the beginning of what could be called a ‘Composite Revolution’ with new manufacturing materials and processes being developed at an alarming rate. We are at the forefront of these developments, techniques and technologies and aim to provide affordable cost effective solutions which previously have not been possible.
Through a focused and dedicated approach to composite manufacturing the ‘Black Art’ can be removed, by defining all known and as yet, unknown process variables. Synergy can create success where failure has gone before. This manufacturing success will bring affordability, through higher yield and reduced non-conformance, not to mention the savings that can be achieved through minimising non value added activities.
Synergy’s team of talented and experienced engineers have a long history working within various industries, having gained extensive knowledge on many major engineering projects. We have been leaders in developing new manufacturing systems and processes for multi-billion dollar projects for the civil and defence industries. Synergy has continued to develop and is now able to apply unique techniques and processes to the automotive, renewable energy and leisure industries.
